The MCCSEMI BZT52C series is a line of 200 mW Zener diodes designed for general-purpose, medium current applications. These diodes offer a broad voltage range from 2.4 to 56 Volts and are constructed with a planar die for suitability in automated assembly processes. They feature a low leakage current and are available in a compact SOD-323 package. Options for Halogen-Free compliance are available upon request.
