Low Noise Zener Diode Series 1N5518B-1 thru 1N5546B-1

The 1N5518B-1 thru 1N5546B-1 series is a range of low noise Zener diodes designed for applications requiring stable voltage references with minimal noise. These diodes are available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV qualifications per MIL-PRF-19500/437 and feature low reverse leakage characteristics. They are constructed with a double plug, metallurgically bonded design and are also offered in a DO-213 MELF style package. The series is suitable for high-reliability applications.
