The ZMM55C2V0~ZMM55C39V series are LL34 glass case surface mount Zener diodes designed for applications requiring high stability and reliability. These diodes feature low reverse leakage and low Zener impedance, making them suitable for voltage regulation and reference applications. They are available in a wide range of Zener voltages from 2.0V to 39V, adhering to the international E24 standard. The diodes can be mounted in any position.
