1N4460US 1N4496US and 1N6485US 1N6491US: 1.5 Watt Voidless Hermetically Sealed Surface Mount Glass Zener Diodes
This series of military-qualified (MIL-PRF-19500/406) 1.5 watt Zener voltage regulators is designed for high-reliability applications. Featuring void-less glass construction with internal metallurgical bonds, these devices offer Zener selections from 3.3 to 200 volts with standard 5% tolerance, and 1% and 2% options available. They are non-sensitive to ESD and inherently radiation-hard, making them suitable for critical applications.
