The MCC BZT52B3V6HE3 THRU BZT52B47HE3 series comprises 500mW Zener Diodes with voltage ratings from 3.6 to 47 Volts. These diodes are AEC-Q101 Qualified, feature a planar die construction ideally suited for automated assembly, and are Halogen Free. "Green" Device compliant, they meet UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and are Lead Free Finish/RoHS Compliant. They are designed for operating and storage temperatures ranging from -55C to +150C.
