This series of 500 mW Zener diodes, spanning voltage ranges from 2.4V to 75V, offers a robust solution for voltage regulation applications. Featuring a planar die construction and an ESD rating of 16KV per Human Body Model, these diodes are designed for reliability. They are available in a compact SOD-123 package, meeting stringent industry standards including RoHS compliance and Halogen-Free options upon request. The diodes exhibit excellent thermal performance with an operating junction temperature range of -65C to +150C.
