The SODDB3 is a bidirectional trigger diode designed for high reliability with its small glass structure. It features a low breakover current and high temperature soldering capabilities up to 250C for 10 seconds. This diode is suitable for various applications requiring precise voltage triggering and offers a reverse voltage of 32 Volts and a power dissipation of 150mW. It is guaranteed for high temperature soldering and is designed for mounting in any position.
