6.2 & 6.55 Volt Temperature Compensated Zener Reference Diodes

The 1N821 thru 1N829A series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes offers nominal voltages of 6.2 V and 6.55 V with temperature coefficients as low as 0.0005%/C for minimal voltage change. These glass axial-leaded DO-35 reference diodes are available with an optional internal metallurgical bond (indicated by a "-1" suffix) and are suitable for applications requiring a stable voltage reference, such as instrumentation. They provide minimal voltage changes over a broad temperature range and are nonsensitive to ESD.
