The MBR10150CT and MBR10150FCT are high-efficiency Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer low forward voltage drop and power loss, high forward surge capability, and are suitable for use in inverters, AC/DC converters, and LED drivers. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant and feature plated leads for solderability.
