SF806/SF806F Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers
Niu Hang SF806 and SF806F are super fast recovery rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They feature glass-passivated chips, super fast reverse recovery times, low forward voltage drop for high efficiency, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability for enhanced reliability. These rectifiers are suitable for use in high-frequency inverters, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, and LED drivers.
