Product Overview

The Nexperia PDTD1xxxU series comprises NPN resistor-equipped transistors (RETs) designed for high-temperature applications up to 175 C. These transistors are housed in a very small SOT323 (SC-70) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. Featuring built-in bias resistors, they simplify circuit design and reduce component count, offering a cost-saving alternative to discrete BC807 or BC817 series transistors in digital applications. They are suitable for controlling IC inputs and switching loads.
