Nexperia PBLS6023D: 60 V, 1.5 A PNP BISS Loadswitch
The Nexperia PBLS6023D is a highly integrated component combining a PNP low VCEsat Breakthrough In Small Signal (BISS) transistor and an NPN Resistor-Equipped Transistor (RET) within a single SOT457 (SC-74) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. This space-saving solution offers a reduction in component count and features a low threshold voltage (<1 V) compared to MOSFETs. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for demanding applications. The PBLS6023D is designed for use as a loadswitch in supply lines, battery chargers, and high-side switching applications for LEDs, drivers, and backlights, particularly in portable equipment.
