The SR3100L is a SUPER LOW VF SCHOTTKY RECTIFIER from Niu Hang Specification Electronic Co. Ltd. It is designed for power supply applications, offering softest, fast switching capability and low forward voltage drop to maximize efficiency. The device features a JEDEC DO-201AD molded plastic body with plated axial leads that are solderable per MIL-STD-750. It is RoHS compliant and guaranteed for high-temperature soldering.
