Product Overview
The Niu Hang K14 thru K120 Schottky Rectifiers are designed for high-efficiency applications, featuring low forward voltage drop and low leakage current for enhanced reliability. They offer high forward surge capability and are suitable for use in high-frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, and LED drivers. The terminals are plated and solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. These rectifiers are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
