The Niu Hang K24 THRU K220 Schottky Rectifiers are designed for high-efficiency applications with low forward voltage drop and low leakage current for enhanced reliability. They offer high forward surge capability and are suitable for use in high-frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, and LED drivers. These rectifiers feature plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208, and can be mounted in any position. They are RoHS Compliant and Lead Free.
