Product Overview
The MBRS3100T3G and NRVBS3100T3G are Schottky Power Rectifiers designed for surface mount applications. They utilize a Schottky Barrier principle with a large area metal-to-silicon power diode, featuring epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. These rectifiers are ideal for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and polarity protection diodes where compact size and weight are critical. They offer a small, compact, surface-mountable package with J-bend leads, a rectangular package for automated handling, and a highly stable oxide-passivated junction. The devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. The NRVB prefix is for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, with AEC-Q101 Qualification and PPAP Capability.
