The MUN5233DW1, NSBC143ZDXV6, and NSBC143ZDP6 are dual NPN bias resistor transistors (BRTs) designed to replace a single transistor and its external bias resistor network. These devices integrate a single transistor with a monolithic bias network, consisting of a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. This integration simplifies circuit design, reduces board space, and lowers component count, making them ideal for various applications. They are available with S and NSV prefixes for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements, and are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. These devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant.
