Product Overview
The FNC42060F / FNC42060F2 are advanced Motion SPM 45 modules designed to provide a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. These modules optimize built-in IGBTs with gate drivers to minimize EMI and energy loss, while offering comprehensive protection features including undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The integrated high-voltage IC (HVIC) simplifies design by requiring only a single power supply and converting logic-level gate inputs into high-voltage, high-current drive signals for the internal IGBTs. Independent IGBT negative terminals per phase support a wide range of control algorithms.
