They feature epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact, making them ideal for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. Key advantages include a compact SMB package with J-bend leads for automated handling, a highly stable oxide passivated junction with guardring for over-voltage protection, and a low forward voltage drop. These devices are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, with the NRVB prefix available for automotive applications requiring unique site and control change requirements. All packages are Pb-Free.
