The LQA30T300 from Power Integrations' Qspeed Family is a 300 V, 30 A Q-Series Diode offering the lowest QRR among 300V Silicon diodes. Its advanced recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubbers. This diode is ideal for AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification, output and freewheeling applications, motor control drive circuits, and UPS inverters.
