The SK102C THRU SK1020C series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, guardring for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. These rectifiers are suitable for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications. They meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
