MBR540 SERIES SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIERS
The MBR540 Series Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. They feature an epitaxial construction with a guard ring die for transient protection, offering low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge capability. These rectifiers provide a high current capability with a low forward voltage drop and a surge overload rating up to 150A peak. They are lead-free and comply with the EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive.
