The DI150~DI1510 series is a Dual-In-Line Glass Passivated Single-Phase Bridge Rectifier designed for reliable and cost-effective construction. Utilizing molded plastic techniques, these rectifiers offer lead solderable terminals per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026, and polarity symbols molded or marked on the body for easy identification. Suitable for any mounting position, they are ideal for printed circuit board applications and exceed environmental standards of MIL-S-19500/228. These rectifiers are lead-free, complying with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives, and use green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. (Halogen Free).
