The RSS30065W is a Silicon Carbide Schottky Diode designed for high-efficiency power applications. It features zero reverse recovery current and zero forward recovery voltage, offering a positive temperature coefficient on VF and temperature-independent switching. With a 175C operating junction temperature, it enables the replacement of bipolar devices, reduction of heatsink size, and parallel operation without thermal runaway, leading to essentially no switching losses. This diode is ideal for Switch Mode Power Supplies, Power Factor Correction, and motor drives, PV inverters, and wind power stations.
