Product Overview
The 1N4001W thru 1N4007W series are surface mount general purpose rectifiers designed for applications requiring low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability. These glass-passivated rectifiers meet MSL level 1 standards and are suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment. The devices are housed in a SOD-123FL package and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
