The S10AC THRU S10MC series are surface mount general purpose rectifiers designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes. They feature low reverse leakage, high forward surge current capability, and glass passivation. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are compliant with RoHS and halogen-free standards.
