The S10AC THRU S10MC series are surface mount general purpose rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability, making them suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication devices. They are housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package and meet MSL level 1 standards.
