The DTC124E series are NPN digital transistors with built-in bias resistors, designed for simplified circuit configurations. Featuring integrated R1 and R2 resistors (22k each), these transistors eliminate the need for external input resistors, enabling easy inverter circuit design. They are ideal for applications requiring simple on/off condition settings, such as inverters, interfaces, and driver circuits. Complementary PNP types are also available in the DTA124E series.
