The QH03TZ600 and QH03BZ600 are Qspeed Family 600 V, 3 A H-Series PFC Diodes featuring the lowest QRR of any 600 V silicon diode. Their advanced recovery characteristics enhance efficiency, reduce EMI, and eliminate the need for snubber circuits. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diodes, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters, offering increased efficiency, reduced EMI filter component size and count, and enabling extremely fast switching.
