The SSL54C THRU SSL510C series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They feature high forward surge current capability, low power loss, and high efficiency due to metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection.
