The BAT54W thru BAT54SW series are surface mount Schottky barrier diodes designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. They offer high current capability, low forward voltage drop, and extremely fast switching speeds. These diodes are housed in a compact SOT-323 package and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating, are RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
