Product Overview
The SS32C THRU SS320C is a series of Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, overvoltage protection via a guardring, and low power losses for high efficiency. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260. They are suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling circuits, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
