The MUR20XX series are Super Fast Rectifiers designed for switching mode applications. They feature high forward surge capability, low reverse current, and glass passivated chip junctions. These rectifiers are lead-free and compliant with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive. They are available in Common Cathode configurations.
