These devices feature two independent DTC144E chips integrated into compact SOT-563 (EMT6), SOT-363 (UMT6), or SOT-457 (SMT6) packages. Their design allows for mounting with automatic mounting machines, offering significant advantages by reducing mounting costs and occupied board area by half due to the elimination of interference between transistor elements. These transistors are suitable for applications requiring space-saving and efficient component integration.
