The ES5A through ES5J series are super fast recovery rectifier diodes featuring a low profile package ideal for automated placement. With a glass passivated chip junction and super fast reverse recovery time, these diodes offer high forward surge capability and meet MSL level 1 standards. They are designed for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication applications.
