Featuring glass-passivated chip junctions, these rectifiers boast ultra-fast reverse recovery times and high forward surge capability. They meet MSL level 1 standards and are suitable for high-frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication applications.
