Featuring glass-passivated chip junctions and ultra-fast reverse recovery times, these rectifiers provide high forward surge capability and meet MSL level 1 standards. They are designed for high-frequency rectification applications in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication devices.
