The ES3AB thru ES3JB series are Super Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes featuring a low profile package, ideal for automated placement. These diodes utilize a glass passivated chip junction for enhanced reliability and offer a super fast reverse recovery time and high forward surge capability. They are designed for high-frequency rectification applications in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication equipment. The devices meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020, with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260 C.
