Product Overview

The Skyworks SMV2019 to SMV2023 series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes designed for low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) in wireless systems. Their high-capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage and low series resistance make them ideal for RF and microwave VCOs and phase shifters. These varactors are rated MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020 and are available in various package types, including SOT-23, SOD-323, SC-79, and SOD-882.
