The Skyworks SMV1763 series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes specifically designed for 3 V platforms. These varactors are ideal for low-noise and wideband UHF and VHF Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) in wireless systems up to and above 10 GHz, offering a high capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage and low series resistance. They are available in SC-79 and miniature SOD-882 packages and are compliant with Skyworks Green standards, being halogen-free.
