Product Overview
The UG6KB05 THRU UG6KB100 series are single-phase, half-wave, 6.0A glass passivated bridge rectifiers designed for surface mount applications. They feature a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and high surge current capability, making them suitable for use with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, a derating of 20% is recommended. These rectifiers are constructed with glass passivated die and molded plastic (UL flammability 94V-0), offering a Pb-Free and RoHS compliant solution.
