Product Overview

The UMW ULN2001D is a single-chip integrated high voltage, high current Darlington transistor array designed with three independent drive channels. It features internal freewheeling diodes for inductive load driving, a 500mA collector output current per channel, and high voltage resistance (50V). The input is compatible with TTL/CMOS logic signals and includes a 4K pull-down resistance. This versatile circuit is widely used for relay drive, indicator light drive, display screen drive (LED), stepper motor drive, and as a logic buffer.
