The AIP5D15K060Q4 / AIP5D15K060Q4S is a Dual-In-Line Package Intelligent Power Module designed for 600V-15A applications. It features a 3-phase inverter module with integrated HVIC drivers, built-in bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), over-temperature (OT) protection and temperature monitoring (VOT), and short-circuit current protection (CSC).
