Product Overview
The SK52B THRU SK510B series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for applications requiring reverse voltages from 20 to 100 Volts and a forward current of 5.0 Amperes. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. They are ideal for automated placement due to built-in strain relief and offer high forward surge current capability. The plastic package is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. These devices are suitable for surface mounted applications and high temperature soldering.
