Product Overview
The BC856A BC858C series are PNP small-signal transistors in a SOT23 package. They are ideally suited for automatic insertion and are complementary to NPN types BC846 BC848. These transistors are designed for switching and AF amplifier applications. They are totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free, making them a "Green" device. This part is qualified to JEDEC standards for High Reliability. An automotive-compliant part is available under a separate datasheet (BC856AQ BC857BQ).
