DCX (XXXX) U Complementary Pre-Biased Transistors
The DCX (XXXX) U series are complementary pre-biased transistors designed for general purpose applications. They feature a supply voltage of 50V and come with a range of integrated bias resistors. These transistors are housed in a surface-mount SOT363 package, making them suitable for automated assembly. They are also lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen/antimony-free ("Green" device). The DCX (XXXX) UQs are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making them suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control.
