The DDTC (R1 = R2 SERIES) CA is an NPN pre-biased small signal surface mount transistor featuring epitaxial planar die construction and built-in biasing resistors (R1 = R2). It offers complementary PNP types (DDTA) and is available in a SOT23 package. This device is totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free, qualifying as a "Green" device. It is also qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is PPAP capable, making it suitable for automotive applications.
