The US1A thru US1M series are 1.0 Amp Ultra Fast Recovery Silicon Rectifiers designed for low power loss and high efficiency. They are ideally suited for automatic assembly and feature a guard ring die construction. The plastic case material has a UL Flammability Classification Rating of 94V-0. These rectifiers are designed for single phase, half-wave rectification with a 60Hz frequency and can be used with resistive or inductive loads. For capacitive loads, the current should be derated by 20%. The polarity is indicated by a color band denoting the cathode end.
