DT12T High Temperature TRIACs

Product Overview
The DT12T High Temperature TRIACs are silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for general-purpose AC switch control. These 12A TRIACs offer high commutation performance without the need for a snubber circuit and can be controlled by phase angle trigger or on/off trigger. Featuring a passivated die for enhanced reliability and uniformity, they support three-quadrant triggering and operate at temperatures up to 150C. The TRIACs are compliant with RoHS II 2015/863/EU and utilize a "Green" molding compound with UL flammability classification 94V-0. Applications include control of motors, fans, pumps, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits.
