This series of Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers, available in the SMA-L package, offers high performance for various applications. They are designed with batch process technology for excellent power dissipation, leading to improved reverse leakage current and thermal resistance. The low-profile design is ideal for space-optimized board layouts, while features like low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, low forward voltage drop, and high surge capability make them a versatile choice. They also include guardring for overvoltage protection and offer ultra-high-speed switching. The devices are constructed with a silicon epitaxial planar chip and a metal silicon junction.
